What We Do
It is now late enough in the season that we all have a pretty good idea what to expect from each other. So here is the list of what we expect each person to do at least once a tournament.
Carmen pre Miami: Defend some poor woman until she gives up on getting the disk.
Carmen post Miami: Heckle us for not posting an instantaneous recap of the tourney.
Monica: D some dude right in front of his face.
Laura: Run The Play so well that it looks like her defender gave her a three second head start.
Tova: Be unflappable. Completely and utterly unflappable.
Chris: Make the other sideline say "Damn, she is fast."
Su-Wen: Get open. A lot.
Janet: Overall awesome is hard to define.
Allison: Throw a perfect throw with touch, again and again.
Suds: Grab some crazy shit. Hands of glue.
Mimi: Make us irrationally happy.
Adam: Make the rest of us feel bad because we aren't trying hard enough.
Steve: Make us say "Holy shit, how did he do that?"
Eric C: Go really really fast. Usually accompanied by a defender jogging back to the line shaking his head.
Kyle: Surprise us by actually being fast.
Brent: Perfect throw into space for a score. Complete trust in teammates.
Joe: Effortless high release backhand. Always money.
Pat: Calm everyone down on the line, tell them what to do, then they score.
Future: Fly past his man for a barely missed layout D, bounce off the ground like rubber and get a mark on.
P Eric: Pick up the disk on the turn and everyone exhales because it will all be ok.
Tony: Play whatever position is necessary for the offence to run correctly, and play it perfectly.
Kenji: Do nothing for so long that the defenders stop paying attention, then go score.
Jeremy: Make a crazy layout to save someone's shitty throw. Then give them "The Look".

I thought my best quality was my pregame speeches. Nobody fires up a team like me.
(From now on I might have to predraft my motivational talks, they have been pretty miserable when I make them up as I go along.)
